DJ Package #1; Basic System: Audio ($325) We bring our 3 speaker high powered professional grade Peavey sound system (2 full range 15" and 1 sub bass 18") and our entire playlist selections. A small array of ambiance lighting and wireless microphone are available as needed. We will create a custom playlist based on your requests. Ideally suited for low key to small venue events and weddings. Karaoke, Music Video and other options can be added, see options list. (suggested for venues having under 75 persons)
DJ Package #2; Premium Full System: Audio ($365) We bring our 4 speaker high powered professional grade Peavey sound system which includes two dual full range speakers (15"x4) and two sub-bass speakers (18"x2) which are well powered to create deep rich quality sound for most moderate to large sized venues (100 to 250 persons). A small array of ambiance lighting and wireless microphone are available for use as needed. We bring our entire music selection for requests and will create a custom playlist specifically for your event based upon selections from you. Karaoke, Music Video and other options can be added, see options list. Wireless microphones are either hand held or stand mounted. Personal microphones are also available, see the options list below.
DJ Package #3; The Works;DJ/VJ/KJ/Lighting/Effects We bring our full premium high powered professional grade Peavey sound system which includes two dual full range speakers (15" x4) and two sub-bass speakers (18"x2) which are powered well to create deep rich digital quality sound for most moderate to large sized venues. We provide ambiance and mood lighting (ie: new age projection ball lighting, our multi-colored motion lights and laser lighting and effects) that can create a dance environment or simply change the color of the room to create a mood effect. This package includes Music Video (VJ, and Karaoke (KJ) as described below. Two wireless microphones hand held or stand mounted. See below for monitor/screen choices. Rock Band Option "Now Available" We bring our entire music selection for requests and will create a custom music play list specifically for your event based on selections from you. See options list for specific requirements that may pertain to your venue (ideal for 100-250 person venues). For larger venues beyond 250 person we suggest adding the Expanded System option. Included is our state of the art Music VIdeo (VJ) service that includes a vast array of music videos from the 50's up to todays greatest hit songs. See the original artists perform on screen during your event. Our Music Video captures your audience and treats them to the sense of sight as well as sound. The experience is unique and brought mobile to your event. In addition to music video we can display personal video, short movies or photo slide shows which we can set to music. Ambiant back grounds can be displayed throughout the event between videos or presentations or Karaoke selections. Available Screen Choices; Two 26" LCD flat screens, One 32" LCD flat screen, Two 50" LCD flat screens, One 55" Rear Projection screen, One 80" Front Projection screen, Our Trailer mounted 8' x12' Front Projection screen (for that drive in movie style) or we can project up to 25' wide onto any suitable wall surface. (additional charges apply for the trailer mount system due to logistics) Screen sizes and quantity required to be discussed and determined by venue. For certain events we can offer Direct TV satellite viewing (ie; sports events or other televised events) for your party, options can be discussed if required.
STEP 3 - Available Options

2nd Floor Setup NO ELEVATOR ACCESS For those venues that don't have an elevator - this provides for the 2nd floor load out and setup & breakdown of gear. We do not love stairs.
Dance Floor Lighting & Effects ($55) An add on to Package #1 and #2, This option provides an array of dance floor lighting options. From Speed Lights, Strip Lights, Black Lights, Strobes, Gobo, Lasers both Red and/or Green, Color Wash, New Age Mirror Ball, Faux Flames etc. The Effects options are airborne Haze, Low floor Fog, Snow and Bubbles. UV bubbles are available and work well with our Black Lights. We can discuss what suits your needs best based on the description and location of your event.
Expanded Sound (Multiple Room or 250 plus persons) We bring an additonal pair of sub bass speakers and another 5200 watts of power to expand the music defiinition even further - large venues and block parties usually. These speakers are place remotely typically covering all corners of a venue. Also used at events with more than one room or an inside/outside type environment.
French Quarter/CBD Logistics ($45) Covers the costs of additional logistics. Which include; loading bay & dock access, service elevators and passageways, additional security for gear, city permits as required within the French Quarter and the CBD and immediate area.
Hands Free Personal Wireless MIcrophone ($60) We'll outfit up to three persons at your event with our lapel type body wireless microphones and transmitters. Enabling them free wireless movement within the venue and making it possible for your guests to hear; your, toast, vows, etc. We control the volume from our position. Headset microphones available upon request.
Hummvee Transportation ($265) Only available with a DJ Package. Our driver will pick you up in our Black Humvee and drive you to your party or wedding. This includes a stop (typically the church) as is customary with most weddings. Occupants are limited to three persons. Transportation after the event is not included with this package. Certain mileage restrictions apply. For additional information please inquire by phone or fax. 25% gratuity is customary for the driver.
Karaoke Option (KJ)-(incls. Music Video VJ)($100) By adding this option we incorporate Karaoke (KJ) to your DJ package selection allowing you and your guests the ability to sing along live via wireless microphones either hand held or stand mounted. We bring a full assortment of Karaoke song selections for you and your guests to choose from. Ambiant back grounds set to music and/or music videos are displayed throughout pauses during the event and between vocal selections. Available Screens; Two 26" LCD flat screens, One 32" LCD flat screen, Two 50" LCD flat screens, One 55" Projection screen, One 80" Projection screen, Our Trailer mounted 8' x12' Projection screen (for that drive in movie style venue) or we can project up to 25' wide onto any suitable wall surface. (additional charges apply for the trailer mounted screen due to logistics) Screen selection is based upon the venue and the size of the event and can be discussed.
Light Up Party Pack (Door Prizes etc) ($150) Use as Door Prizes, Give Aways, Contest Prizes - Based on a 12 person Package - Includes; Assorted Colors – 12 each of the following, 12 Oz Glow Drinking Cup, LED Eye Glasses, LED Ring, Suction Ball, Kick Ball, Whistle Lips, 22” Glow Necklace, 8” Glow Bracelet
Music Video (VJ) & Presentation Video ($100) This option adds our one of a kind state of the art Music VIdeo (VJ) service that includes a vast array of music videos from the 50's up to todays greatest hit songs. See the original artists perform on screen during your event. Our mobile Music Video captures your audiences senses of both sight and sound which adds a unique experience to your event. In addition to music video we can display personal video, short movies and/or photo slide shows which we can set to music. Ambiant back grounds can be displayed throughout the event between videos or presentations. Presentation production services are available, see the option below. Parking Allowance (CBD/FQ) (up to $25) Parking Fee Allowance, Actual Charge to apply not to exceed $25.00. This allowance covers parking charges that may apply in the French Quarter or in the CBD.
Presentation DVD (additional disc copies)($15) Keepsake copy of the presentation DVD created for your event. This is for the DVD disc copy only. DVD presentation production charge to create the presentation must be added.
Presentation DVD Production-Making Your Slide Show Send us your digital photographs or movies and we will create a professional edited and produced DVD movie just for you that we will display at your event. Production time varies from event to event. We can discuss options upon your booking. Two copies of the DVD are included, additional DVD copies can be purchased for $15 each as a keepsake (select Keepsake DVD option). Additional charges may apply and depends on the extent of the content you provide and the time required to create the DVD presentation for you. Most are completed for the advertised fee herein. An organization form will be sent to you to guide you in gathering your information to help us complete your movie.
Rock Band Setup "almost live" ($275) Rock Out & Sing Along - "almost live" - the Ultimate Karaoke Party - Available as an add on to the "Works" package. We set up a full four piece band for you and your guest to rock out with. (as many as 7 persons at once) Includes Pro Drum set and Throne, Fender Lead Guitar, Fender Bass Guitar, MIDI Key Board with Stand, also a Lead Singer Microphone with Stand and a Back Ground Singer Microphone with Stand. Sound mixed and reproduced through our Pro Grade Live Audio System, video displayed via our TV monitors, access to our Wii Pro RB3 music library 100+ and growing. ($150 band equipment damage deposit required)
Toll Bridge Allowance (Causeway)($12) Causeway Bridge Toll Allowance, Truck/Trailer, Actual toll to apply not to exceed $12.00.
Travel Expense (intermediate range) ($35) This is intended to offset the high cost of fuel expenses on intermediate range events.
Travel Expense (short range)($25) This is added to short range out of the city locations and is intended to offset the cost of high fuel expenses.
Wedding Ceremony Logistics ($55) Wedding Ceremony Logistics is for Wedding Ceremonies that are held in a different area of a particular venue than the Reception Party. It covers the additional set up required to provide audio entertainment at two areas of a venue. Typically we bring a smaller system to cover the Ceremony with a larger system set up already in the Reception area. This measure avoids interference with guests and sound gear.
Wii Pro Dance/Karaoke/Sing Contest ($125) incorporate our Wii Pro system into our "Works Package #3. Available games for dancing, singing and karaoke with competition for your guests, the system can support numerous competitors (varies by game from 4 to 8 persons). (American Idol, Just Dance, Sing It) All reproduced via our Pro Live Audio Grade equipment & processors.
